The first thing you should do when something's changing in your life, whether you like it or not,

is change your mind about the change.

I'm Joyce Meyer, and I believe that God can heal you everywhere you hurt.

Like I said, we don't want to be devil-minded all the time, but we can't forget either that he really is the source of all of our problems.

Now, that he works through people and he works through circumstances.

But the bottom line is, is that even though people do have a responsibility not to give place to the

devil and let him use them, it's still when you come to the bottom line, it's the devil that's

causing the problems. And until we learn how to the bottom line, it's the devil that's causing the problems.

And until we learn how to deal with him, we're never going to get consistently happy.

But what I love about this story in Luke, you go through all, all of it from Luke 1 to verse 13.

After he had finished.

So verse 13 says, and when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from him until another opportune time came along.

So the devil had no intention of ever leaving Jesus alone.

Jesus won that battle.

And then immediately after that, he started his public ministry.

Come on.

If you want to do anything for god don't think the devil

is going to roll out a red carpet for you and you're going to have nothing but favor he wants you

to get in the car with whoever you came with and maybe they'll do a little something you don't like

next thing you know now you're all mad and upset and in a huff over something that we waste so much time being angry and upset and it does not

change the situation i am realizing that more and more and more i even said it again this morning
