Now Warrior, what I want to do today is I want to unpack your beliefs, your core beliefs that your self-image. They determine

your self-image. They determine what you believe you're capable of and most importantly how you respond to your symptoms of anxiety

If you still believe at a subconscious level that a symptom could potentially be related to

physical illness, you're going to find yourself trusting your body less and less.

And let me explain the two components, two aspects that you need to tap into in
