I'm Hey friends, welcome back to Truth Talks with Tara, a weekly podcast where we uncomplicate

scripture and help you understand what it really means to live your faith in all of the

practical ways. You guys, it's summer, whether you're listening to this.

I mean, I guess you might be listening to this later, but right now it's currently summer.

And I cannot think of a better topic, especially for summer, when a lot of us think of

summertime as a time to be more present, to be more unplugged, and to be more real with our

people and our relationships. And so we have a new friend on

the show and we're so excited to be talking about something that everyone's talking about, but I also

feel like no one's really talking about. And that's the relationship between us and our phones and

social media and all of the things. I think there's a lot of talk about boundaries and just do this and that

with our phones. And yet there's such a powerful hold over our lives with these devices and how it's

affecting our relationships, not only with our people, but with our savior. And so we want to

just cut the fluff and get into it today so we can see how this can actually change our lives and help us show up more.
