One day I was going to be out of the way.

Hey, first off by thanking everybody came out to the one day case law class today at Rome College,

hopefully provided some value to all of its great meetings folks.

Hopefully you guys got a lot out of it and I was implore of it,

and enjoyed the one day, come to the two day course,

it's a powerful course, and obviously pivotal for a lot of people in their career.

And the weather this morning was pretty crappy here in New Jersey, it was tornado-like. It was terrible. It was awful. And

it made me think about interdiction in really bad weather, especially namely the cold. Something that most of us

in the northeast through northwest or northern hemisphere of New Jersey and some of the south have to deal with and what

do you do do you stop doing police work during the winter and the answer is no but you have to

be considerate to people and whether that they're in and having them step outside of the car and the cold and the fierce weather and all that stuff.

You don't want to be making people super uncomfortable on an interdiction stop.

So here's something that maybe unorthodox

or have never been seen before in your agency,

and maybe you guys aren't aware of it,

but you can always, especially if you have another officer the president, you can always have somebody sit in the back of your patrol car and stay warm or stay dry

Well you do your stuff now you're asking well Dennis if you're getting a consensor don't they have the right to terminate at any time? Yeah

You tell that guy sit in the back of the car,

look, I'm going to start searching the car.
