One of the reasons why I've been able to have so much success in my life because I've went through a process of self-reflection.

I have no problem looking inward and saying, yo, you need to correct this.

She's coming to you about this or she's acting a certain way for a

reason. What is that reason? And if it's something in my control where I know that

the behaviors I'm doing doesn't really suit what I'm trying to build with you.

I have no problem letting that go.
