We have got the latest from the Supreme Court confirmation hearings on Capitol Hill with someone who has sat through all of it.

But before we get to that, let us turn to the Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden in 1983 on a topic very, very important to the Supreme Court.

President Roosevelt clearly had the right to send to the United States Senate
