Yes, it is June, it is sunny. It is warm out.

It is Friday.

It is Pride Month.

So we're going to have a gay old podcast.

Of course, every podcast we have is a gay old podcast.

Pretty much.

This podcast is going to be a brief one.

We're just going to talk specifically about the gayest movie of the year, which is Fire Island, which

dropped on Hulu last week, just in time for Pride Month. It is a gay rom-com with an almost

exclusively queer cast of queer men and women, well, one woman. In fact, we're going to get

into a little bit of the off-screen sort of conversation,

discourse about the movie that got a little dumb this week regarding the presence of women

in the film.

Really isn't a spoiler.

I don't think anybody here has to worry about spoilers.

It's a rom-com.
