| 0:07.2 | And if we think about basic human emotions, the model that I've used in the book is |
| 0:12.8 | of these eight basic human emotions. |
| 0:15.0 | And because of loss of version, five of the eight are what we call survival emotions. |

| 0:23.7 | They're all things that we do anything to avoid and that's actually helped us to survive. |

| 0:39.6 | really want, the things that bring you love will make you feel safe and trusting and |

| 0:50.2 | And I do believe now more that I've been doing vision boards for a long time that I don't |
| 0:56.4 | try to cover every aspect of what I want. |
| 0:59.0 | I try to leave a bit of room for magic basically. |
| 1:01.4 | So, you know, you and I don't actually know everything that every good thing that could |
| 1:05.8 | happen to us. |
| 1:06.8 | So I like to leave a bit of room for something that I didn't expect to be able to happen. |
| 1:13.8 | And so the manifestation part is really that the extension of the vision board becoming |
| 1:19.5 | an action board, which is that the vision board primes your brain to notice opportunities |
| 1:26.1 | that may otherwise have passed you by. |
| 1:28.8 | But the additional bit to that is that primes your brain to notice and grasp opportunities |
