Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening. Wherever you are out there in the world, it's

time to step out onto the high wire. Well, I'm excited to report that we're making

a lot of great progress when it comes to this pandemic. The science seems to really be

advancing and we're recognizing more and more what it's going to take to overcome this

thing. Now, of course, the discussion of the week has really been revolving around masks.

We've been reporting for almost a year now all of the studies that showed that masks are

not effective at stopping transmission of the virus, including the CDC's own study. But

Tony Fauci really enlightened us this week that there's some advancements in the thinking.

Maybe the fact is we just weren't wearing enough masks. Take a look at this.

A lot of folks are hearing now about double masking wearing two masks or trying to get one

of those N95 medical grade masks. You know, it likely does because I mean, this is a physical

covering to prevent droplets and virus to get in. So if you have a physical covering

with one layer, you put another layer on it just makes common sense that it likely would

be more effective. And that's the reason why you see people either double masking or doing

a version of an N95.

Now I mean, that's I guess news to all of us that we're only wearing one mask you out

there. Obviously you weren't doing your civic duty by wearing two masks. The one mask clearly

is not the most effective way to go. I think about all the individuals that might have died

this year that went out in public in the one mask thinking that that was capable of stopping

the virus. But later they were over the age of 65. It maybe had co-morbidities and found

that they caught the virus anyway because the one mask obviously might not have been

enough. But the question is what is enough? I mean, we've seen articles now even this
