But first of all, I guess I just, we had a lot of requests from our members to talk about alcohol,

which it's funny.

I didn't think it was that controversial.

I think like we all know alcohol is kind of bad for us and carcinogenic, but actually,

I don't know that everyone knows that.

So I thought maybe it is controversial.

That's the point, I think.

There's been studies shown that the majority of people don't know the relationship

between alcohol and cancer, and they don't know the relationship between alcohol and cancer, and they

don't know the link between even moderate drinking of alcohol and higher rate of cancer.

So people are in the dark.

It's not saying that people who follow us or follow, you know, who know a lot about health,

don't know, but most people, the majority of people, do not realize that there's a strong link

between alcohol and cancer, and even what's considered moderate drinking is like one drink a day for or and for a woman, I think, and two drinks a day for a male.
