Summary

On the surface, he was charming, handsome, and a seemingly talented photographer. But behind the camera, Rodney was a predator—a man whose portfolio of photographs hid the evidence of his horrifying crimes. From Los Angeles to New York, Rodney preyed on young women and girls, luring them with promises of modelling and photographs before subjecting them to unspeakable violence.

If you have information about the identities of the people in the photographs, you can contact Sgt. Sam Shepherd with the Huntington Beach Police Department at (714) 536-5947.
