Welcome to this very special Bible study.

You know, I got my sit on here.

It's election time.

We've got flags all over the place.

And the reason why I kept this all up here is because I'm going to be talking about David, Goliath, and the principles of

the remnant going up against the beast. It's a pattern. It's Jesus going up against the ruler of

this world. It's little David going up against Goliath. It's you going up against something bigger than you.

And I believe the principles for success for the remnant, the overcomers of the last days, are all hidden in the stories that have already been written.

These things were written for you upon whom the ends of the age have come.

So I don't know, Mercedes, you're here. I don't know to what extent you're going to be involved

with this particular broadcast, but your pastor has been doing a sermon series lately on David,

so I'm getting an earful of David talk. And I think we ought to go into it right now, don't you?

So I'm going to talk about the slingshot theory, the slingshot strategy.

And I heard those words years ago when I was doing a business seminar.

And I realize that when you're a little guy, when you're a small business, when you're

somebody that's trying to make your mark, you're just beginning in a field.

And you don't have the resources or the money to be able to have an army, so you've got to do it

yourself.

And then if you're going to take down a really big giant problem or go into a giant

challenge, you need God to give you an innovation

that is unique to you that fits your skills, talents, and abilities, your gift mix, we call it,

and innovate around what you're gifted to do and let God show you how to apply that unique solution, boom, to the big problem out there.
