when we're running an event with people and we're teaching and we've got a big group, a big

audience there who are engaged with them with personal growth content, having fun around

it, teaching, connecting, sharing ideas, I lose track of all the time in the world. I don't

care about anything that's going on in the world, like all the problems fade in the background

because I can feel myself on my purpose, passion, and mission and it's such an amazing

feeling. So we're talking about this on the show today, personally types and finding

flow, this idea of getting into a flow state, something that you do that you are lit up around.

your life or many of these types of things. But we want to talk today about putting some new wants

personality type. Yeah, I think we used to actually talk about the concept to flow a lot

in the early days of the podcast. And maybe it's because I thought it was a well-established

concept that we haven't really revisited it. But in UNI are producing some content

for our owner's manuals, which are type specific and dive into how each personality type engages
