Once again this week we've invited Christian Rivera to come on and guest co-host with us.

Welcome back Christian. Hello and thank you. Now just as a catch up real quickly on the last

episode we talked a little bit about generational theory and we expanded some of the concepts

that Antonio and I talked about a few weeks ago on the show around generations. We talked about

the archetypical energies generations show up on those episodes and then last week we started

dipping our toes into speaking about the generational shadows that we bring as generations and we

talked about boomers and gen Xers. So if you want to see us beat up on those two generations a

little bit metaphorically speaking go over there and watch and listen to that episode. This week though

you as our millennial representative are going to kick us off to talk a little bit about

Millennials and Gen Z maybe some of the generational shadow that comes from these two

generations and archetypes. So how do we catch people? You want to catch people up in

Antonio with kind of the archetypes generations theories just a quick broad brush so we can

know where we're at in the whole process. Yeah well my strong recommendation is that you go back

and listen to the previous podcast to or you could just read the Wikipedia page on generational

theory. If you want to get a quick visual but we're talking about four different generational

archetypes that according to this theory show up over and over and over again as cycles of

you know effectively responses to time periods in which we're born. And these four generational

archetypes exist within what's called a saculum which is an approximately 80 year span with a

theme right each saculum is like an era or an age that has a theme to it and it's split into four

different seasons starting with spring then summer then autumn and then winter. And depending

upon what time period you're born in and the experiences you had when you were young coming of age
