And I'm really excited to talk about this.

I have been wanting to talk about this for a really long time.

And honestly, I didn't feel like I could come on and teach it in so many ways I was a student, a very longing, deeply yearning,

frustrated student to tapping into my true rhythm and true nature as a feminine body.

Because most of my life and most of my career, I was hustling. I was working the quintessential nine to five grind. Like even though I started my own

business and was an entrepreneur from a very early age. We live in a Gregorian

calendar, you know, nine to five, Monday through Friday, 24-7, Q1 to Q2 to Q2 to Q3 to Q4, H1 to H2,

all of these things I learned in business. And, you know, whether you work for a corporate company or
