Thank you so much. I'm so excited to be here. You know, Christina, I wanted to jump into your

path, into your, you know, into your past, into your bio and how you got into real estate.

But you said something very enlightening to me, and I wish I'd known this 10 years ago.

But we're going into a downturn

right now. And you said, if you don't have multiple streams or revenue right now, you're

screwed. Can you expand upon that a little bit? Because you've got a little bit of everything

going on. Your husband's got a couple of businesses. You've got the real estate. You've got

some short-term rentals. How did you come to that revelation?

I, like in the bio, you said 20 years old. I was a loan officer. So I always did things a little bit unconventional, a quick college at UMF, Boston, to become a loan officer

because I saw an ad that I could make $100,000, which I did do. But that's actually how I met

Attila. We met there. But with that, we both realized we didn't want to be part of the corporate world.

And we decided to quit the same time.

And ever since then, we've just been grinding and hustling to make this on our own without having the corporate overhead on us.
