A Dexonet Alpha has been pulled from the U.S. market. That's the reversal agent for factor 10A inhibitors.

We talk about it a little bit on this episode. We talked about how they found increased rates

of thrombosis. And just last week, the FDA updated the safety of Adesonet Alpha and saying

that they found in the Annexia 1 trial that there was an increased incidence of thrombosis

that was almost double in the treatment group versus the non-treated group and thrombosis-related

deaths at 30 days in the Adexinet Alpha group. So it has been pulled from the U.S. market.

It may still be available in other countries, but wanted you to listen to this with that in mind

that there's been a major change

and that will no longer be used in the U.S.

And AstraZeneca is no longer selling it here.
