weeks off and then I start recording them again so this is the first show of a new run of me doing interviews and

conversations and talking to people and shit. You know what this is. You

I'm Brian Quinnby which you know Brett is not here. I think he's going to do some in this run though. He wanted to be here for this one actually, but it's just the time didn't work and I don't know what he's up to

So I got Lucian Clark on on on on street fight say hi to everybody Lucian.

So here's here's where I this is what happened. We did a story on Street Fight about the

Ohio law that would require teachers to tell the parents of trans kids if the students came to

speak to them.

If the students came for counseling or anything like that and it's a just a heinous

fucking law and it like I don't know I have a so I have a daughter everybody knows and just like it makes you look at what it's like to be a teenager my daughter's 13 right and it makes you look at what it's like to be a teenager and if you were

struggling with identity or something like that, I don't even know how much harder it is. You know it's hard for me and I'm cis white male, you know, and like in the middle of the country.

So it probably was pretty conservative at the time too so it was pretty easy for me

I wanted to talk to somebody who was interested who was trans and and wanted to cover politics because I didn't want to get somebody on here

and just keep asking them questions about politics if they didn't want to talk about it.
