So in your book, you say something that I found very insightful, that almost everybody is

worthy of love and that people, I mean, maybe it's a millennial thing, but we like to say

like we're working on ourselves before we are

going to go find somebody. And you kind of say in the book, like you don't need to make yourself

into the perfect version of you before you go out and find somebody to love. However, for Marriott

First sight, do you think the standard it should be higher or different?

All the factors that might make you worthy for love,

might not make you the best candidate for an eight-week experiment where you're having to be very vulnerable very quickly.

So if their standards are different, how do you measure them?

I don't know that the standard to be different.

I think it depends on, and, you know, looking at that eight weeks as the eight weeks is when the show is done, right?

And that's when that period of filming is done.

Yes, they have to make a decision about if they want this to proceed.

But we also

understand that relationships are formed over time. And our goal ultimately was to get people to a place

where they're in a solid relationship. And even if they're not sure initially why they're matched,

they've ultimately figured that out. So I think the same principle would apply for couples
