And long story short, I just have this thing with my feet where I apparently have very very small veins or arteries in my feet

and I had been talking to my doctor about that. Hopefully it's not too big of a deal, but

Yeah, I have a Kaiser insurance and

Kaiser is the worst and it's one of those things where they put me on hold a bunch of times and I had to talk to like six different

call centers in order to actually get my doctor on the phone in the first place

So it was just it was just awful

Anyways while I was waiting to make an appointment

I just started randomly doing royalty freestyle to the whole music and
