0:40.0	So I talk a lot of people off of the ledge of living on the edge of someone else's reality, playing a supporting actor or actress role. And I talk them off the ledge. You got to be yourself. Everybody else is taken.

0:55.1	But if you could reverse it and make yourself a priority, and it doesn't mean that it's selfish.
1:01.5	It means that it's self-mastery.
1:04.3	And self-mastery is the most selfless thing a person can do.
1:09.8	It's selfless.
1:14.7	Because a better me is a better we, a better I is a better us.
1:15.1	For sure.
1:23.3	And so if I can be a better person automatically without me doing anything in particular, I make the world a better place.
