So I was doing some reflection trying to figure out, one, what to talk about today, but two,

what's the point? Why does somebody want to feel better? Why would somebody want to be in a higher

energy? Why would you want to shift when it seems like everything ends?

When you get a dark place, when your mind starts struggling with low thoughts, negative thoughts,

painful thoughts, what's the point starts creeping in? Why should I even care? Why should I

even do this? Because in the end, I'm going to die. This is going to end. People are going to forget

about me. It doesn't even matter. You can start thinking about all these things. And I was running through

those thoughts trying to understand, how could I help that person make a shift? If that person

struggling, how could I make them see something different? How could they make them feel something
