This is Friday, June 25th, 2021. I am Dan Rubin. This is the

Buckness Morning 5 and change. Thank the heavens. This is Dave

Bittles last day of official vacation. So the dulcet tones of

Dave Bittles will return on Monday. But I will bat in a

pinch hitting situation again here today. And thanks to be

how goes it on a Friday? Oh, beautiful day to be alive. What a

wonderful summer we are having here in central Ohio and

thankfully the football games are now over. So that's good.

You can hear the birds chirping in the background. It is a

beautiful day. However, there is some interesting news going

on and we are not going to get down into the nitty-gritty today.

But the name, image and likeness discussion that has literally

plagued Ohio State and college football and college sports

which feels like a decade now is getting solidified. However,

there is some interesting rigmarole within Ohio, the concern

among all of these big schools is that the other states will

have regulations that allow them to get an advantage in recruiting.
