Daniel, David, Mary, is that just Old Testament or are those teenagers still in our churches today?

We just haven't given them an opportunity to be the Daniel, the David, the Mary, that God wants them to be.

There's a wonderful young generation I'm working with that are just desperate to be mentored and to be disciplined.

There's so much bad news and grim stuff out there.

And we want to, well, I want to introduce you to buddies of mine from all sorts of walks of life that celebrates dogged perseverance, gritty, overcoming, costly faith.

So there's loads of stories of adventure and risk-taking. And the idea is that that's going to

stir you where you are to imagine new possibilities and to be all in in terms of living your life

to the full. So this week, I'm super excited to have my buddy, Jordan Rendell, who is the global youth advocate for Youth for Christ. Welcome, Jordan. Thank you, thank you. Great to be here. So good to have you, buddy. And before that, you were International Director of Youth for Christ, and we'll get to that in a minute. But what was our first connection?

Our first connection was a book you wrote, your very first book called, for what it's

worth.

And I believe on the cover it had a man climbing a mountain.

And I was climbing a big mountain in 2010 and decided that yours was the book I wanted to take with me.

So your book made it almost to 7,000 meters.

I didn't take it on Summit Day because that would have been silly,

but it made it to High Camp.

And it just inspired me.

I thought, I got to meet this guy.

And then very shortly thereafter, we started to connect
