As a society, we always seem to be searching for a hero.

We need somebody to look up to.

We seek others to inspire, guide, and lead us.

Well, in my interview with Simon Sinek, he said, as social animals, we need and seek

leadership.

We cannot live without leaders.

We are naturally hierarchical.

We are always looking to someone else like a child looks to a parent for protection.

We look for them for guidance, direction, to point the way to give us something to belong

to.

From our seats as spectators, we admire our leaders and our heroes who have great confidence,

strength, and fortitude of character to do the right thing when huge challenges arise.

But what if your hero wasn't out there?

What if your hero was inside you?

What if the hero you're looking for is the person that you can be if you lived up to

your heroic potential?
