that thing.

And the point is that you have to find out what drives their hunger and it's not the

same thing that it is for you.

This is something I had to learn in the hard way.

I thought everybody wanted what I wanted and that their ambition was the same as mine.

Their goal was the same as mine, that their source of motivation was the same as mine.

And it's not.

To find out what are they hungry for?

What's their appetite?

And once you find that out, then make a seductive commercial about how that can be achieved

if they will only step into this role, meet these expectations, accomplish these objectives.

So that's the challenge of leadership is finding out what they hunger for and then stoking

that fire and connecting their desires and ambitions and needs to the role and responsibilities

that they have for their position on your team.
