Thanks so much for inviting me. Todd, I wanted to talk to you because I will just say there are a ton of

experts out there on creativity. But in my experience, I feel like so much of a conversation is

focused on the artists and the inventors and the entrepreneurs. And I love that you focus on what I

would describe is the really practical side of creativity. And you frame it as something that I think

is really accessible to all of us. And so as we continue to kind of wade through this epidemic of burnout at work,

I think creativity is one of the biggest levers that we can be pulling,

even inside of corporate work spaces.

And I think sometimes we tend to look at moments like this,

what's happening in culture, what's happening in the marketplace right now, what's happening

inside the big organizations right now, frankly. And we tend to think, oh, well, these are

creativity inhibitors because we have more limitations. We have more boundaries. But the
