Hey, I was looking at some of our past video recordings and I noticed that I kind of awkwardly look away from the camera like I'm kind of looking over here.

So people might think I'm kind of awkward and

so yeah go ahead and look back the last two or three episodes you'll see me like me like talking and

like looking over here at nothing there's like no weird yeah yeah it's kind of interesting so

but besides that I'm feeling pretty good good yeah we had a nice family dinner at the cheesecake factory

we sure did.

And real quick, let's talk about the elephant in the room.

I apologize if Allison seems a little perturbed because I broke wind right before this episode.

No, you broke more than wind.

Well, it's interesting because you're laughing a lot more now than you were about three minutes ago.

It was more like you broke tornado in the tiny office that we record in.

Yeah, yeah.

Well, I ran out after I did it.

So it found it, you know how it stays in your shorts and then I don't, nobody wants to hear about how your wind stays in your shorts.

Well, I think I did a great job of keeping it out.
