I think that Belfast is, you might not appreciate this every single day walking around the city,

but I think Belfast is on very much heading in the right direction.

I think that it's a city that is five to ten years away from being perhaps at its peak in this era.

I think there's a lot of really good stuff happening.

And the new university campus here is, I think,

probably the single biggest regeneration project that the city has had in the last 25, maybe more years.

And I think we're only starting to reap the benefits of this and that will

cascade into other projects that are happening in the immediate vicinity and right across the city

right across the city centre and I think we're in the cusp of a great era for Belfast.

Grace we're in a university, you're a student leader. How does it all look to you? It's very positive. We've had

15,000 students in this new campus and there definitely is a new energy. There's an opportunity
