gonna be so good this park is going to be. I don't want to overuse that, but it's going to be so cool and so innovative and just brushing up on some of this I'm feeling so warm and fuzzy it's it's nice.

Yeah they came out with a they came out with a video not too long ago. So it looks pretty amazing. So it opens in 2025. They haven't given

an exact date in 2025. So I don't know exactly when yet.

Yeah, hopefully we get some more information soon because I think people are going to be excited to to book and want to be there like

right when it opens. Yeah. Well and we were discussing the pricing earlier and

Caitlin you were saying how reasonable, even opening week for the hotel, not for the

park, but for the hotel is going to be.

Right.

Yeah, so there's going to be two new, well there's actually going to be three new hotels.

Two of them are going to be like the value level. They're going to be, let's see, they're called kind of a tongue twister.

Tara Luna Resort and Stella Nova. So they're going to be similar to how the surf side and dock side are how they're like the endless summer how they're kind of like

sister's source yeah it's gonna be like that so they're gonna be kind of like

sister resorts and they're the value level and the Stella Nova was pricing a little bit lower like in the

140 to 150 range per night for that opening week.
