Welcome to the latest edition of the very informative Gary Neville podcast.

Gary's probably not in the best frame of mind.

We've just watched Manchester United.

Yet again in the Premier League failed to fire at Old Trafford.

The simple question is, is it to do with the fans not being in?

Or are the problems much deeper than that? You can't put it down with the fans not being in? Or are the problems much deeper than that?

You can't put it down to the fans not being in because we've known that situation for some time now.

They've got a real problem here. I did at the back end of last season. I think they struggled against

Southampton a game that I did. I think they struggled against West Ham. It's now continued into this season in the league.

There's six games without a win in the Premier League.

Yeah, it really have been poor.

And the performances are really poor.

And I think sometimes you can go through a bad room,

but I just have to say that the lack of urgency,

there's a mixture in the first half of Arsenal being really good defensively,

making it difficult for Manchester United, but also United just being lethargic on the ball, slow, no urgency.

You're not playing the ball forwards.

If a team are really pressing you high and they're getting some good joy through that, then play the ball forwards into your strikers.

And that's not lumping it forward, but being more positive.

And I just thought Mikhail Arte deta's tactical plan today caused a real problem.

United felt that they'd found a solution to this, I don't know,
