United Airlines. The U.S.-based airline, if anybody has been watching, and I'm sure everyone has, over the past couple of days, there has been a viral video going around about a passenger who was dragged off a plane by authorities, a paying passenger, because he didn't give up his seat.

One of the things that struck me about this is United's response to the video that went viral.

It was all over Twitter and all over Facebook.

And it was violent.

They basically dragged this guy off a plane and he comes crawling back and like the authorities come and they're beating him up.
