I'll tell you what, it's a bit gloomy out there.

I don't know about you, but if I was in charge of climate change,

I'd ask for a refund because the climate is definitely going down the toilet.

And it doesn't look very nice.

I can't even see the Tower of London, never mind to tell you how I'm lovely and basking in the brightness of what is going on here today. We

arrived at Friday looking very, very good, but now suddenly it's all gone a bit dark. I don't

know why. Boris Johnson's returned apparently from his holiday in Spain, and he's raring to go.

But unfortunately for him, the bad news is that no one important wants to come to his

green party in Glasgow next month. China's President Xi has already declined the offer to attend COP-36.

It looks like Vladimir Putin ain't come in either.

And now Brazil's Jaia Bolsonaro has ducked out as well.

Who can blame them?

If I was invited, I'd also take a powder.

After all, what is the bleeding point of it all?

Lots of high rollers being chauffeur driven around Sucky Hall Street,

avoiding the heroin addicts, promising not to ruin the panic,

while at the same time, pledging to make everyone else behave differently so what they do.

Meanwhile, we're all going to be offered five grand, apparently, to buy heat pumps for our homes.
