Hello, everyone. Yes, this is Ed Denzel, Unfound's host.

And as the title of this special episode says,

Unfound is going to be going on a little bit of a hiatus.

And I'm going to explain to you why not all the gritty details, but the generalities,

because I like to keep all of you informed as to what's going on with this podcast,

what's going on with me personally, because sometimes, oftentimes those are kind of the same thing.

And I'm doing this without an outline, and I hope to keep this short, so I'll get right to it.

November was not a very good month for me personally.

For the podcast, I think it was pretty good.

I think the episodes were very strong.

They continued to be very strong. And I have to admit that with this Friday's episode,

The Disappearance of Keith Mann, this is fulfilling a goal that I had for a long time. I've

known about Keith's disappearance for a long time well before

Unfound ever got started back in 2016 and to finally interview his father and stepmother

a very, very special moment for me. Why Keith's disappearance has been on my list,

special list for a long time. I don't really know. But, so this has been on my list, special list for a long time. I don't really know.

But so this has been a strong month, I think, for the episodes.

And given what has gone on this, went on in November anyway.

I look back and I'm not sure how I got those episodes done.

What happened was, I think, in retrospect, now that it's recording this on December 6th,

is that what started, I think, as a misdiagnosis of something was going on with me,

sent me down into some very dark places, kind of before Thanksgiving
