Abridging the freedom of speech being the relevant part of the First Amendment.

It's important to go back to the original text and read it directly. Never be afraid. You're smarter than you give yourself

credit for. Congress shall have no... Sorry Congress shall make no, sorry, Congress shall make no law

respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,

or abridging the freedom of speech,

or of the press, or of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for

redress of grievances. By the way, I think that January 6th was a petition to the government for our redress of grievances and that is election front.

I would make that argument with a straight face and a pure heart.

Exactly. Justice Jackson? So my biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government
