I think we really don't acknowledge enough in this world how

friends are truly some of the great loves and losses of your life and I get quite

emotional in this episode at one point which I think is one of the only times I've ever

gotten to breaking point on a podcast, but I think friendship is a sore spot for me,

especially this year, and you'll find out why in the episode.

But Dawn and I are friends and we've been through a lot together and this is just

such a delight to have her. She rarely does

podcast anymore. She rarely does press and she's one of the

wisest people I've ever known. She's someone who's so great to turn to

advice for and so I'm so so happy that she's here answering your questions with me and

and she's so thoughtful and so boldly honest in a way so few people are and so I hope you enjoy it and let me know if her answers helped you especially those of you who wrote in the questions and as ever I cannot tell you how often the same question came up and I don't say that to make you feel as though you aren't original or you aren't experiencing something unique but more so that you just always remember that you are not
