You're in unfamiliar territory right now.

And when you're in unfamiliar territory, it is easy for you to retreat.

But you gotta have a no surrender mentality.

Most times we reach a certain level and it's hard for us to start over because we understand what it took for us to get there.

Right, so, but after every zero, you gotta start over again.

So when you become a senior, most people love the seniority, but they hate to go back to being a freshman.

Right? They hate to go back to being a freshman, but what I realized is we've learned a lot in those 100 episodes so the next 100

has to be better.

It is imperative that the next 100 be better so we got to put new KPI's in place.

everything has to increase because of the next 100 look like the old 100 we

didn't serve our people at the highest level.

But let's take that now to a personal perspective.

We have now entered the second half of the year. Whatever you've done for the first

half of the year, be it things that have served you at the highest level, be it

low frequency activities, let's take accountability for

everything that we've done, let's put it on the board because if you can't see it,

you can't measure it. If you can't measure it, you don't know what you got to change.

And so now let's say it from January, I mean from July,

August, September, October, November, and December,

let's release the old version of you.
