again for coming out today i like to start with something funny heard about these two professional

baseball players they were discussing whether or not there would be baseball up in heaven. They made an

agreement that whoever died first would come back and tell the other one if indeed there was

baseball in heaven. A few months later, one of the men died and just like he promised he came back.

He said to his friend, I've got good news and I've got bad news. The good news is

there is baseball up in heaven. The bad news is you're scheduled to pitch next Thursday.

Hold up your Bible. Say it like you mean it. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what

it says I have. I can do what it says I can do.

Today I will be taught the word of God. I boldly confess, my mind is alert, my heart is receptive.

I will never be the same. In Jesus name, God bless you. I want to talk to you today about unexpected sunshine. A few months ago,

it had been cloudy in Houston for a long time. Gray, gloomy, overcast. Every morning when I woke

up, I thought surely it's going to be sunny today. I looked outside eagerly, but nothing had changed.

I watched the weather reports on the news, but as far out as they predicted, it was all cloudy.

Checked the 10-day report on my phone.

Nothing had changed.

No end in sight.

It had been that way so long, people started asking the question, when are we ever
