I pray that you guys are having a wonderful day.

As you guys see from the title, today we're talking about

unexpected protection, and we're coming from the book of Matthew

chapter 2 versus 11 through 15 so grab your journals.

I know y'all didn't think that I was going to do this three day praying and fasten with y'all and then y'all

just not hear from me on the 1st of August.

We have touched and agreed, we have prayed and fasted together to make it to this point.

We are stepping into the new together.

So y'all should have know I was going to come talk to y'all today.

And God is so funny because even the book that he led me to align with the new.

So we're coming from the book of Matthew.

And mind y'all, when he told me go read Matthew too, I didn't even realize it until I started turning my Bible,

that this is the New Testament. Matthew is the first chapter of the New Testament, like that's when it clicked, that we're starting the new.

And then when you read Matthew chapter 2 the first

verse says after Jesus was born and I was like okay God we're really here with the

new like the new is really here so when I was studying and preparing for this

podcast something that I was thinking about was how when we enter new season a lot of

times what comes with entering a new season is excitement but also worried. We begin to worry like will this last like

how am I going to be in this new season can I expect this to be long term or will I

end up going back to my own ways?
