So I don't know if I've told this story on Family Life Today. I'll tell it really quick.

One of my most memorable pastoral moments, a couple of my office, saying they're going to get a divorce.

And I'm just...

You're office at church because you're a pastor.

Yeah, it was years ago, and I didn't know them, but as I got into it, you know, she's doing this.

She's doing that. It was just no hope, no. And I'm like, you guys are believers in Christ, right? Yeah.

But it's not going to work. We decided to divorce. I've never done this before.

I get sort of frustrated with they just keep saying, never and never. And I keep trying to give them hope.

And they're like, so I literally stand on my chair.

I'm in a tiny little office, maybe 10 by 10. And I didn't yell, but I got pretty loud. I go,

do you know that Jesus roped in the dead? They're just looking up at me. They don't even respond, because I'm sort of...

It's like Jesus in the temple flipping the tables. Like Jesus roped in the dead, and he can raise your dead marriage to a new marriage.
