So I was having a conversation with an elder the other day.

And we were talking about musical instruments and the ability to play.

And I was expressing how one of my biggest regrets was not learning how to play an instrument

as a kid.

Now of course it's like never too late, you know, we all know that.

But we were talking about majority of the prodigies started probably very young, five,

six years old mastering their craft from an early age.

But then he said there are so many undiscovered prodigies.

The ones who weren't given the opportunity of time and space to cultivate the gift, or

the ones who simply didn't believe they had a gift.

And I thought about that.

I meditated on that.

How many of us are undiscovered prodigies?

How many undiscovered prodigies are in the world?

How many Einstein's are out there that we don't even know of?

How many runners are there in Africa that are faster than the Olympic runners that hold

medals today?

I bet so much.

And on one hand, the idea was like exciting.

I was like, oh my God, yeah, there's got to be.

But then it was also disappointing that so many people were given a gift.
