Episode 42.

This novel is intended for an adult audience. Hello listeners, welcome back to Underwood and Flinch.

Last time on Underwood and Flinch, David arrived at the scene of the fire at Lorena de Corizones.

He found Lydia's sidekick, Miguel, who passed on to him her story about how she accidentally stumbled onto Sergei Alexandrov as he committed

all manner of fiendish crimes at Lorena, which, as we know, included the kidnapping of Melanie and Michelle and the

torching of the pub. Miguel's mission from Lydia was to lead both Underwood and

Flinch into a trap at Sergei's Malaga nightclub, La Fantasia.

But it's all started to go a bit pear shaped for him.

First, Underwood has actually been and gone without his even knowing, and then

Damo, having been rescued from the fire by Underwood, came over to David and passed on Underwood's message that David

should prepare the hearse and go and meet with him at La Fantasia.

And if that wasn't problem enough for Miguel,

Demo, who knows where La Fantasia is,

then invited himself along as a guide and ally.

David, Miguel and Demo, then returned to Casser Underwood where they armed themselves with an impressive selection of vintage weapons before setting out for Malaga.

But what of Underwood? Obviously he has a considerable head start on David. The last time we saw Underwood he was taking to the air from the backyard at Larena, bound for La Fantasia, and intent on rescuing Melanie,

Michelle, and Lydia.

But what possible plan can he have for taking on the dastardly Sergei?

And what dastardly plan can Sergei, or rather Lydia, have in mind for him?

We'll soon find out, listeners, as we enter episode 42 through a somewhat dizzying window,

to find ourselves high over the city of Malaga in the company of a rather large bat.
