Hello listeners, and welcome once again to my humble podcast abode.

Last time on Underwood and Flinch, David managed to resurrect Lord Underwood from his 50-year interment.

However, things didn't go quite according to plan,

and both Beltran and Anna wound up falling victim to the vampire's thirst.

We take the story up this week immediately after the point where we last left it.

David and Lydia have just left the cellar where Underwood is

completing his restoration by dining on Anna. The kitchen is as it was left

before the guests descended to the resurrection ceremony,

but now all the guests have fled in fear and horror,

and only Lydia's personal assistant Miguel remains.

So there's plenty of room at the kitchen table for us to each pull out a chair

and sit back to watch the uncanny events of Chapter 16, Part 1.

David and Lydia entered the kitchen to find Miguel sitting at the table smoking a cigarette and

clutching a large glass of red wine.

His hands trembled as he drew on the cigarette.

When he saw Lydia he stood up and tried to smile.

He is risen.
