Last time we followed Daymo as he hid away from the daylight hours by sleeping on trains in the London Underground system.

His pleasant dreams, or maybe not pleasant dreams, were interrupted by a woman, an attractive, if rather dirty and smelly lady, who ultimately revealed herself to be Lady Rosamund Underwood.

Now, just in case you weren't taking notes when you were listening to blood and smoke, Lady Rosamund Underwood was a character in that story.

You only ever heard her as a background character when Underwood and Arthur weren't recording their tapes, or as a regular subject of conversation between the

two men, but all the time she was there, regularly heard or regularly referenced.
