We want to avoid making bad decisions,

making decisions that are outside of alignment of what we want.

So to start, how are decisions made?

They're made specifically by your values.

So the first piece of advice is that you have to take a daily inventory of your values and they're separated by four different types of values

One is your personal values, that's your character, integrity, love, family, health.

personal values, your character, your health, your love, your family, and all of those other things. your The second thing that we want to take inventory on is our experiential values.
