Hi, I'm Imogen, friends with Tara and Shah and I am a model and someone. I feel like we do a whole episode on it which is being a stunt woman, but that might have to be another time. So fucking cool. Yeah, casual. It's the coolest shit ever. Yeah. We shot a, what was it, an audition today for you? Oh my God. Literally the coolest shit ever. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

On audition for a brand where she had to do like little flips and like kicks and shit and I was just sat in a chair like trying to act cool. I don't know, it was awesome. It was hilarious. Honestly, it was brilliant. If I don't get a job, it's a tragedy. You're going to get the job. You are going to get the job. Like we're putting it out into the universe and all that shit.

It's episode episode episode two anyway so today we are going to be talking about menstrual cycles and periods and contraception and all of that fun stuff but before we

get into that Sarah how are you I haven't spoken to you all week.

I know. It feels like it's been forever. I'm all right. Also, we, you know how every week we're like,

oh, we're on bad Wi-Fi. We're on bad internet. We really have outdone ourselves this time. We're now,

it's been 40 minutes of technical issues. So if you hear the awkward lag, then just know that we just couldn't

be bothered to edit it out. Like, that is just how this conversation is going to go. Just the

awkward silences, delayed laughs. It's all good. Apart from that, I'm okay. I was just telling

you all I'm a little bit hung over. It, I mean, it is a Thursday morning. There's no excuse for that really, especially because I thought I was going to be cutting down and drinking a bit. But I graduate in two weeks, so it's all part of that like departure mindset, you know. It's like, oh, we're near the end. So yeah, I'm all good. Tara, how are you, well, how are the three of you? you've got your retreat coming up this week, this weekend. Yeah, we're good. It starts in two days. So, yeah, we're super excited. It's going to be really good. We sold out. Oh, my God, huge. we've sold our second treat so yeah life is good is good. It's going to be it's going to be

intense as always but it will be it'll be really good fun so we're all we're all very
