I came into the game just like everyone else I was doing the driving for dollars and the band at signs and all those entry level things that you would expect

But there was a time to where I sold the only deal I had I was sitting in my back deck at my house I had no

leads no nothing coming at all and I was actually kind of pouting at that point

so I didn't know what to do next my My wife kind of comes out there, starts kind of kicking me around, like,

what are you doing? Like, get out of the house, go make some money, provide. Do what you need to do.

So I started looking through my phone on Zillow and I saw a little red dot and the dot said pre-foreclosure next to and I knew what a foreclosure was but I had never thought about going after him. So this house happened to be about a half mile from my home.

So I walked over there because I didn't have anything else to do.

And I was going to knock on the door and my heart was

beating a thousand miles a minute and I was like I've never

door knocked a door before. I knocked the door they came out and I simply said hey my name

is Michael I noticed you have foreclosure sale coming up next week I just want to see if I could help and I

expected them to slam the door in my face spit in my face whatever but they just

poured their soul out they invited me in house. I had a 90 minute appointment with

them. They kind of explained everything that had been going on in their life. And at the

very end they said, look, we're going to pray about it. We're going to think

about it. So I leave. leave I'm like this is too good to be true but then they called me back the next morning

signed a contract with them assigned that for 50 grand and I was like wow I generated 50 grand out of nowhere.

And ever since then we've been perfecting it. Wow and so that just came from

looking at a Zillow. Yeah that's crazy. You know what's funny is I got my real estate license in 2010 and I remember as a realtor people would ask me they'd be like hey I'm looking at getting these pre-foreclosures.

This is like 2011, 2012. I was like, what the heck you mean a pre-foreclosure?

Like, there's foreclosures.

And I just never did anything with it for literally like five plus years.
