How do you as a creator of anything?

If you are creating a brand of any sort, whether you're blogging or developing a new website

for your shop or creating a brand new product that's never been seen or heard of before

or developing a program or titling a coaching service or giving your business a name, how

do you protect your brand and simultaneously your creative soul?

That spark in you that comes to life when you get to think about using your experience

or your expertise to help others make a transformation in their life, whether that be via

your products or your services or something else.

How do you make sure that not only are you legally protected, but that you're also practically

protected from the fears that we have of someone going to copy this?

And is there going to be brand confusion because someone else has the same name as me?

How do I figure all of this out and make sure that my intellectual property is protected

in a way that I can feel good about and I can feel confident about so I can do what I'm

really excited to do, call to do, design to do and fire it up to do.
