I want to talk tonight about understanding the scriptures.

And so when you grab a hand, you can also, as you know,

most of you have been here a long time, you can get a date.

And you can pray at the same time.

Holy Spirit, we thank you for what you're doing tonight.

And we bless what you're doing.

Lord, we bless what you're doing.

And we pray, God, that you would open up our minds

to understand the scriptures.

Lord, I pray that it would be like the Ethiopian unit

who was reading the Bible, had no idea what it meant,

and how Philip just gave him keys for the word

to be understood by him.

Lord, we pray that that same thing would happen

for so many people tonight in Jesus' name.
