Hi everyone. Welcome to episode 90 of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. I hope you are doing well. On the show today, we're going to dive into a really fascinating conversation about karma. And we get into so many aspects of karma, right from the law of karma to how karma is a part of yoga.

But she was always very spiritually curious and that took her back to India. So she trained under her

guru in a traditional guru's shishya parampara, the guru disciple tradition, and she's pursued her

masters in yoga, and she's also an author of a book, a novel that is called Mystic Road

Warrior, and she talks about it at the end of today's episode. She strongly believes that traditional

yoga is an experiential science science and it fundamentally transforms any sincere

practitioner. So I want you to really get into the layers of the conversation here. This is an
